SafeShare support

For help with SafeShare, email the configured support address or use the contact form. SafeShare does not require an account.

What to include

Share your device platform and version, the SafeShare screen or workflow step, the file format, and the exact error message. Do not send a private photo or its metadata unless support specifically asks for a safe test sample that you are comfortable sharing.

Current file checks

SafeShare accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, classic TIFF and BMP in the current workflow. Each selected file is limited to 10 MiB, and a picker request accepts up to 50 files. BigTIFF, HEIC/HEIF and AVIF are not accepted by the current release.

Privacy, data or legal question

Read the public SafeShare Privacy Policy for the complete app notice, the Data Safety summary for current Google Play data-practice facts, and the SafeShare Terms of Use for app-use conditions and output responsibilities.
