SafeShare Terms of Use

Effective: August 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of the SafeShare mobile app provided by AICleanify. By installing or using SafeShare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App license

AICleanify grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use SafeShare for lawful photo and file privacy tasks, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app.

Your files and choices

You keep ownership of the content you select. You are responsible for having the right to process and share it, choosing appropriate cleaning and output controls, reviewing the results, and keeping any backup you need. SafeShare creates new outputs and is designed not to write to the selected original, but you should confirm the resulting copy before deleting or replacing anything elsewhere.

Results and privacy limits

SafeShare inspects and removes supported metadata according to your choices and verifies the generated output against that policy. File formats, operating systems, providers, destination apps and later edits can affect what is available or added. SafeShare does not guarantee anonymity, that every possible hidden signal can be identified, or that a recipient will not infer information from visible content or context.

Content Credentials

When SafeShare reports that a recognized Content Credential container is preserved, it means the detected physical bytes were checked for equality after writing. It does not mean SafeShare cryptographically validated a C2PA manifest, signature, certificate, issuer or trust status.

Acceptable use

Do not use SafeShare to violate law, another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, evade lawful investigations, distribute harmful content, interfere with the app, bypass technical protections, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party services

System pickers, cloud-backed file providers, Google Play, Photos libraries and apps selected from the share sheet are third-party or platform services. Their availability, data handling and terms are controlled by their providers. SafeShare’s handoff to one of those services occurs only after an action you choose.

App changes and availability

AICleanify may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, policy compliance or product quality. Supported formats, limits and platform versions may change with a release; the current landing page and in-app interface describe the active workflow.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SafeShare is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or complete removal of every form of identifying information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AICleanify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of SafeShare, loss of content, a third-party service, or a decision made from an output. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only as far as the law allows.

Privacy

The SafeShare Privacy Policy explains what the app accesses, why it is used, local retention, permissions, sharing handoffs and contact options. The Data Safety summary describes the current Google Play data-practice facts. SafeShare does not create user accounts.

Changes and contact

AICleanify may revise these terms for future app versions. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to support@aicleanify.com or through SafeShare support.
